The Willow Creek Community Services District Is Seeking A Caretaker At Camp Kimtu In California

The Willow Creek Community Services District is seeking very energetic qualified candidates for the position of Caretaker at Camp Kimtu. Qualifications: 1. The Caretaker must be 21 years of age. 2. The Caretaker must provide their own RV or travel trailer to live in. Compensation: 1. The Caretaker will be provided an RV site with septic, water and electric hookups, paid for by the District. 2. The District will pay from the 4th Sunday in April to the 4th Saturday in October, $50.00 per week as support payment. A W-9 will need to be filed. Form 1099 will be filed with the IRS. 3. The Caretaker will be responsible for providing and paying for their own propane, telephone service, and or television service if desired. Elings Park Has A Park Host Positions Available In California

Elings Park (www.elingspark.org), is the largest regional sports and recreation center in Santa Barbara. It’s also one of the City’s finest open space and natural areas. The Park is privately managed by the Elings Park Foundation, a non-profit organization. The Foundation is seeking volunteers as Park Hosts to assist staff administer a 230 acre urban park and serve 250,000 annual visitors. (Solar Powered Recreational Vehicle a Plus) Park Hosts must be customer oriented, friendly and patient. A Park host will spend most of their time outdoors performing a wide variety of services, including but not limited to general supervision of park visitation, collection of fees, monitoring public events, patrolling, and park closing. If selected, a Park Host will be required to volunteer 25 hours per week (5-days on (weekends included) with 2-consecutive week days off). Singles must work 25 hours, couples may split the 25 hour requirement between them. Schedules/duties may vary depending on the season and the Park’s event and program calendar. Though couples are preferred, singles are encouraged to apply. Park Hosts are allowed to camp at Elings Park. Candidates must have a self-contained rig and be willing to dry camp (potable water and weekly drainage of grey and black water tanks is available). Though there are Park Host sites on both the North and South sides of the Park, sites on the South require solar power and are located on a parking lot with ocean views. Single or couple park hosts needed January 2017 through May 2017. Hosts provide 20 hours of service per week per person in exchange for RV site and full hook-ups. Triple Creek Ranch Inc. Totally volunteer run therapy horse program. We serve children and adults with mental, emotional and physical disabilities plus other youth programs. We have the use of 40 acres that is donated to us to run our program on. The 11 horses and other animals need constant care; the fences are always in need of mending plus the everyday chores for running the ranch, the program and more.   We are looking for ranch help. No horse experience is needed. We will train you. Just need a servant’s heart and willingness to help. We have applications and will do background checks. No smoking is allowed on the property. We can offer a place to park a RV. We’re thinking that this would be a wonderful opportunity for a retired couple, disabled person, college student or? Visitors here are outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy hiking, rock climbing, condors etc. The Plumas National Forest is located in the Sierra Mountains of northern Ca. We operate multiple campgrounds in the area, most of which are on water (Lakes or Rivers) in a beautiful forest setting. Most host sites in this area are only water and sewer. But if you can swing that its worth it. Lake Berryessa is located in Napa California. Yes, the Napa. The Lake is very popular with water skiers and fishermen. This is not only a campground but a large 10 lane boat launch. The host site here is water, sewer and power. Although each location is different, all are host positions.
