Salmon Point Resort Looking for a Work Camping Couple in Campbell River B.C. Canada

Salmon Point ResortEnergetic couple required as work campers. Salmon Point RV Resort & Marina is now taking applications for Work Campers for the 2015 Season (mid May to mid Oct).

We are an Oceanfront Resort located just 18 km South of Campbell River overlooking the beautiful Georgia Strait and Coastal Mountains on Vancouver Island.

Job requirements:

  • Live on site from May 15 to September 15 (unless otherwise specified by manager).
  • Applicants must provide their own RV (not older than 20 years) and be reasonably physically fit.
  • Must enjoy working with people.
  • Willing to work weekends and be flexible with hours. Hours and tasks may vary depending on the month.
  • Work as part of a team, must be tactful and diplomatic in dealing with park guests.
  • Pets on approval

His Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Grounds maintenance (cutting grass, weed whacking).
  • Watering grass.
  • Cleaning washrooms
  • Park policy enforcement and Lock-up
  • Propane dispensing(training provided)and Marine gas sales
  • General customer service
  • Pool & Hot-tub maintenance assistance

Her Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Watering and weeding gardens
  • Housekeeping assistance
  • General office help and store sales

Remumeration will include 50 amp full service site (water, power, sewer, cable and wifi) in exchange for 12 hours of scheduled work per person per week.  Must be willing to work weekends and be flexible with hours. Any additional hours will be paid out at minimum wage.
Salmon Point Resort has 155 FHU sites on 28 acres with just under 1 km of waterfront and a 90 slip small vessel marina. Our campers enjoy a heated pool, hot-tub, Rec hall, nature trail access and on–site Restaurant and much more.

Fort Langley National Historic Site In CanadaAre you friendly, outgoing and hospitable? Do you have a passion for history, nature and camping? We are looking for a camp host who will greet guests camping overnight at Fort Langley National Historic Site. This position involves light cleaning duties and after-hours site supervision.

Camp Host Needed At West Kootenay campground in Canada

We are looking for individuals/couple who love the outdoors. Must have own RV to work as Camp Host at a beautiful West Kootenay campground. This is a non-service campground, however a generator will be provided to the successful applicant.There is well water available on site.

Summerland Leisure Park, Alberta CanadaEnergetic couple required as work campers. Summerland Leisure Park is now taking applications for Work Campers for the 2015 Season (mid May to mid September). We are located in Central Alberta Canada, 12 kms west of Lacombe Alberta across from the Summer Village of Gull Lake. In addition to the RV Park, we have a Driving Range, 18 hole mini golf course and a small licensed concession.

Summer Work Camping Employment Opportunities: Campground Managers in Kananaskis, Alberta

Kananaskis Country Campgrounds Mountains and LakeKananaskis Country Campgrounds operates 50 provincial campgrounds for Alberta Parks with over 2000 campsites located throughout five valleys of Kananaskis Country, in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta. We are seeking semi-retired couples to fill summer work camping positions as campground managers.

These are salaried, summer seasonal working positions, starting in either May or mid-June. Successful applicants would reside in the campground, in their own RV. Positions can run for 2 to 4 months.

Major responsibilities include informing campers of park regulations, ensuring camper registration, keeping accurate registration records, revenue collection, selling firewood, and the regular cleaning of sites and washroom facilities.

Kananaskis Country Campgrounds RiverThis is an ideal position for those who enjoy the outdoors and interacting with the public.

Work Camper Couple Needed At Salmon Arm Camping Resort for 2015 Camping Season - Salmon Arm, BC, Canada

Salmon Arm Camping Resort Position from April 1-October 31 2015

This position is great for the semi-retired or retired couple who love people and the outdoors. This couple would have to be able to work unsupervised, be organized and have some yard experience. A major part of the job will be operating a chlorine pool and hot tub. Knowledge of how pools and hot tubs would be a great asset.

Duties would include the following:

Pool Maintenance and Cleaning, Yard maintenance, grass trimming, pruning back trees and shrubs, watering plants, weeding and overall yard care. Cleaning facilities, washrooms, cabins and overall keeping campground clean. Other misc. duties will be required.

Remuneration will include if needed a full hook up RV site with water, power, sewer and internet for you own RV. Approx. 20 hours of work a week is required, however hours may vary due to peak season and low season. Any hours work over 20 will be compensated. Remuneration is negotiable with qualifications.

Moyie River Ranch Resort Is Seeking Volunteer Camp Host In British Columbia

Moyie River Ranch Resort, which is owned and operated by Moyie River Ranch Owners Association, is located in beautiful southeastern British Columbia along the Moyie River.

We have a seasonal position available for a Camp Host couple. Although volunteers receive no financial remuneration for this position, in exchange for volunteer hours, the volunteers are given the use of a free fully-serviced lot for the term of the stay. The term of the stay is from May 1st through to September 30th.  Volunteers must provide their own RV.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Daily inspections through the resort checking on resort conditions (cleanliness, repair, etc.)  A golf cart will be provided.
  • Understand and be able to explain information on resort rules and regulations
  • Co-ordinate with and take direction from an assigned member of the Board of Directors
  • Weekly hours to be determined
  • Maintain office. Hours to be determined.
  • Greet and assist visitors, and provide them with information about resort lots for sale

Qualifications

  • Possess one or more of the following skills: mechanical skills / electrical, plumbing, painting, small equipment repairs, irrigation system knowledge, carpentry, landscape experience.
  • Basic computer skills

Discovery Yukon LodgingsDiscovery Yukon Lodgings is a privately owned RV Park with cabins located on the Alaska Highway. The park is off the grid, with power being provided by our own generators, and water from our own well.

This park is a recent acquisition, and we are still in the process of developing the sites within the park and renovating the existing structures

Responsiblities:

  • To welcome guests
  • To assist with check in and gift store
  • To provide guests with general information regarding Discovery Yukon Lodgings and the surrounding area and attractions
  • To assist with housekeeping of cabins
  • To assist with cleaning of common areas
  • To assist with the landscaping by cutting the grass, and helping with DIY projects
  • To be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • To commit to a minimum duration of 2 weeks to a month, or even the whole season, which is May to September. Start and end dates are flexible
