Normandy Farms is a
family camping resort open all-year-round. We pride ourselves in being the best campground
in the industry, winning 3 National Awards as "RV Park of the Year" and having
been featured on the Travel Channel as one of the "World's Richest RV Parks".
Our busiest season is during the summer when we have approximately 100 staff members. Each

Pine Acres Family Camping Resort

Compensation: A full hook up site (w/e/s/c) in exchange for 15 hours per week (per
couple), free resort amenities, in-park discounts, hourly wages, and season end bonus upon
completion of contract.

Highview Vacation Campground, West Brookfield, MA
We currently have three (3) positions available for this Camping Season
beginning tentatively April 1st. The job descriptions are only guidelines to give you an
idea of the type of work we have to offer, and may change to meet our needs and the talent
of our employees.
Campground Store Manager
Four days/week - Thursday through Sunday, approximately 10 hours per day. Responsible for
the smooth operation of a small, busy store. Accountabilities include reservations, sales,
inventory control and cash control. Must enjoy working and interacting with campers.
Excellent position for retired person.
Activities Coordinator
Every weekend during the camping season, variable hours available. Responsible for
development, design, and implementation of creative activities program for young and old.
Previous related experience or keen interest in recreation field a must. Potential for
full-time employment, depending on performance and program success.
Maintenance Person
Wednesday through Sunday (30-40 hours per week). Must have experience with chainsaw,
commercial mower and tractors. Also involves cleaning maintenance of restrooms.
