Hiring Summer Workkampers at Clayton Park Recreational Area

PA, POCONO MOUNTAINS ~ Clayton Park Recreational Area is a family oriented campground with 100 campsites on the second largest lake in Wayne County, located in Northeastern PA. Our campground is our backyard and our campers like family to us. We host live music every Saturday between the Memorial and Labor Day holidays with a smattering of activites in between. We are focused on providing a quiet place to rest and relax, while enjoying nature and the outdoors, including, fishing and boating on our 300 acre lake. We are close to shopping and historic sites in Scranton and Honesdale.

If you enjoy people, and you are friendly and reliable, with an ability to find a reason to smile, we are looking for 3 couples for the upcoming 2012 camping season, which runs from May 1st through October 15th. We don't expect the entire season but would appreciate arrival at least 2 weeks prior to Memorial Day and departure after the end of September. Weekends and holidays are a must, but weekdays off are essential and other days can be requested.

Skills needed include taking reservations, general store/office duties, check-in, customer service, general maintenance and/or cleaning duties, mowing, grounds-keeping/gardening, and activities assistance. Handy-man duties would be helpful. In exchange for services, we are offering one 50 amp full hook-up site and two 30 amp full hook-up sites. Free wi-fi and electricity, propane/store items at cost, free boating/use of the lake, free laundry. 24 hours per week, per couple required. On-call duties as needed.

Work Camper Needed For 2012 At Lake Raystown Family Camping Resort

Lake Raystown Family Camping Resort, Huntingdon, PA : Work Camper needed for 2012 season from April 15 through October 15.

Responsibilities to include assisting with guest arrivals, cabin and bathhouse cleaning, minor maintenance/repairs and conducting social events. Must have good customer service skills and knowledge & experience in campground operation. This position will require approximately 30 to 50 hours per week.
