Tiny Home D.I.Y. Starter? 28' 1992 Skyline Trailer

(Water Damaged)

WHY I AM SELLING IT Project canceled. When I got this trailer I had intentions of deconstructing it completely, refurbishing everything that was reusable, and then  rebuilding it back up again... thus to have a new trailer. But when my friend died, guess what? He left me in his Will a very nice newer trailer. So I don't need to do this project anymore. Now I have to move this trailer so the other one can come in. THE BAD NEWS This trailer has a bad roof and leaks from front to back. It has  been leaking like this uncovered for a little more than a year. Consequently there is water and mold damage to the ceiling, cabinets, and floor. The entire roof and ceiling will need to be removed and replaced (only the faces and not the structural parts). The floor is soft in the middle section and will need to be torn up and redone). The heating system does not work, the refrigerator does not work, microwave does not work well. There is a slow leak in one of the tires (it takes a month to go down), the hitch jack is missing, and license tags are not current. This is my full disclosure and is honestly all the bad news that exists on it (except for practical house cleaning of  course). THE GOOD NEWS Now for the excellent news. There is a lot of reusable thing such as building material (framing material, siding, windows), plumbing, tanks, electrical wiring, very nice breaker box, fully functional propane range/oven, fully functional propane water heater, fully functional air conditioner, sinks, faucets, toilet system, shower stall and faucet. All plumbing is in perfect condition (no cracks or leaks anywhere). All gas line plumbing  works (no leaks anywhere). There are no leaks to the side walls. All walls are structurally sound and undamaged. Lastly (and not least) of most importance to a DIY Tiny Home builder is that the frame is straight and STRONG (very well built) together with the axles and wheels. For this project I recommend watching Lindy and Mike on their YouTube Channel TIY: Tiny It Yourself. Particularly the episode "How to Save $5,000 on a Tiny House Trailer". Title misplaced and may be forthcoming at a later date but don't rely on it. No title needed anyway if you are rebuilding it  as your own trailer tiny house. Only a trip permit needed to move it said WA DOL. Or apply for a new title as a new built trailer you made. I will write you a receipt. Trailer sold as-is. Tarps NOT included. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING What you are buying is all the above reusable elements of this trailer (not a ready-to-use trailer for living in immediately). If sold separately (if I parted it out) I know that I would gain a lot more. For example: the water heater would sell for $300 used. The range/oven would sell for $250 used. The used frame and axles would sell for $600, and the list goes on. So far that makes $1150. But I am not asking $1150 and more for all these separate parts. All I am asking is a package flat rate of only $775 cash (no checks of any kind accepted). If someone makes a better cash offer, I will go with that person rather than the one offering the minimum $775. Incidentally, it would be possible for someone whom wants to rebuild from the frame up to part it out themselves so that their purchase is lowered to a mere $499 or less for the entire trailer. NEED TIME TO PAY - OR TO MAKE PAYMENTS? When you decide that this do-it-yourself project is right for you but at the same time need help to spread out your initial investment, I would be willing to accept PayPal so that you can put it on your Credit Card with them, and therefore make payments over time with your credit card company that way. I get a lot of inquiries on this ad, so please let me know soon. e-mail, call, or text message. cl-contacts@use.startmail.com, 503.708.9947, Mr. Lopez. First one standing in front of me with payment gets it!
