2007 Four Winds 30ft travel trailer (the actual living area is 27ft ).
This trailer is ideal for full-time live-in but would still be great for trips to the mountains or desert.
– The previous owner modified the trailer so it has a lot of storage space. The back room has had the bunks removed and turned into an extra room/walk-in closet. Twin beds could still be set up.
-The main bedroom is set up for a queen-size mattress, underneath the bed is all storage with very easy access.
-It has a tankless water heater installed by previous owners.
-In 2020 the roof was replaced(still under year warranty), new plumbing(due to rodent damage), and new awning fabric installed. I had the a/c serviced when I had the roof replaced. The insulation in the roof is very high quality and really keeps the cold in and the heat out!!
-The registration up to date just paid in May of this year.
-This trailer is being sold as-is, Due to Covid I did get rid of the mattress. Asking $13,500 OBO.
