Our family of 5 bought this 2007 Itasca Sunova in April 2021 after selling our home while we decided where we wanted to live next. After several fun trips to Las Vegas, Utah, Joshua Tree, and a few other places it is time to let “Sunny” go. My kids name everything!! It has made a nice home and also allowed us to travel when we wanted. We made some improvements: -the roof was completely stripped and resealed and then added two coats of white. especially made sure to caulk the roof’s edges which are important to keep maintained on a Winnebago -tires are a year old -freshly painted white walls -upgraded exterior light -4 security cameras -new white blinds -new backsplash -custom-built bed with storage (my daughter has a toy problem) -all new mattresses -AC units serviced have many spare new parts just in case -new vent covers -new slide-out awning -new 15 ft Carefree Vacation’r room (adds 100 sq ft of private or screened-in room that sets up in 15 minutes.

This is a bunkhouse model with plenty of storage inside and out. The self-leveling jacks, power mirrors back up and side cameras make this easy to drive. Nice motorhome for the price. Now the bad. There is a generator but we have not used it other than verifying it worked before we purchased the RV. The slideout uses a plastic nut that just gave out. Parts are ordered. Asking $47,900. Clean title in hand.
