2015 Fleetwood Bounder 35K – 1.5 BA – Sleeps 4
I purchased this RV in May 2021 to live in and travel, but things did not work out and I want to sell it. Believe me, it is the perfect RV floor plan. The 35K. The RV is currently located in Garden Ridge, TX 78266, but I am leaving in a few days for Huntsville/Houston Texas.
Starting from the front, it has two captain’s chairs, (all Motorhome do), both swivel to the living area, but the passenger chair is also a recliner. I am including two covers for these chairs if you need to protect them from rugged use, but they are in perfect condition and I wanted to keep them that way. The previous owner was a race car mechanic, so he added some engine performance devices to add stability and he added airbags. He also added the remote tire pressure gages. The cab has a backup and two side cameras to see what is coming from behind and the sides! There are many additional items that came standard with this motorhome. Please make sure to look the model up online for all the details.
The kitchen counters are marble composite, not sure what kind, but it is a beautiful solid piece that the sink covers are cut out of, so they fit right in nicely. The 3-burner stove has a stainless-steel cover. The Microwave/Convection above the stove is huge!
In the 18’ slide area (driver’s side):
The first thing in the slide is a slide-out pantry. Instead of the regular breakfast nook, it has a small dining table with two chairs and a credenza behind it, (also made from the same Marble, but the table pulls out and an additional matching extension can be added to make it large enough for two more chairs, which are stored under the master bed. I have been using it with the table extended and I have two 22” computer monitors with keyboard and mouse, and the computer and printer are on the credenza by the window. It makes a great office!
The pictures show a “J” Couch, which has a queen or double bed. The small “J” side is a small chair, but it can be pulled out to make one side into a lounge, a unique design. I never got the chance to open the bed because as soon as we got home, we had the couch removed to get it reupholstered. The fabric that came with the couch was an awful “PLEATHER,” so I spent $3,100.00 to have the couch redone in a lovely medium blue, very highly rated fabric. It is being reinstalled tomorrow before the trip to Houston, then Huntsville to unload the RV. I may not have a chance to add photos of the newly upholstered couch before I take it to Huntsville, but I will add them as soon as possible. If I don’t sell it within a couple of weeks, I will be taking the RV to PPL in Houston for consignment.
Passenger Side again:
Across from the couch is a huge Residential Refrigerator with two upper fridge doors and a bottom freezer.
Next to the fridge is a 40” TV and below is a realistic-looking electric fireplace that can be used with heat or dialed down to no heat. There is a lighted mantel between the two and above the TV too.
Behind the TV and fireplace is the half bath.
There is a sliding door to keep the master bedroom private. In the bedroom, there is a TV, Closet, Washer/Dryer Combo. and lots of drawers. There is a slide in there on the passenger side, to make more room there.
The second sliding door past the bedroom leads to the full bathroom. This room has great counter space a second toilet and sink and a huge shower with a bench seat and skylight.
