This coach was built during a time when the build quality and detail were excellent unlike the units built currently or for the last two years. It had two warranty issues and those were corrected immediately after purchase. The coach is smoke-free. The sofa mattress was replaced with a Lazyboy air mattress for a much more comfortable night’s sleep. The King bed has a Sleep Number mattress. This unit was lived in for a total of 18 months of time since purchase. The rest of the time the unit is stored indoors in a metal building.
The coach has had all the exterior trim and windows cleaned, inspected, and sealed with LEXEL®. The slide seals have been inspected, cleaned, and treated while in storage. The body was cleaned and waxed prior to being stored. The roof was cleaned and treated prior to being stored. The wheel bearings have been inspected, repacked, and lubricated while in storage. The wheels have been torque-checked and are ready for an outing. The batteries are filled with acid and charged by schedule monthly. The coach is currently completely drained of water and winterized. All three air units and the two heaters all work on demand. The electrical systems all work and all the appliances are clean and in working order. This unit is road-ready, just put your stuff in and go. There is probably no finer example of this coach on the market.
