Additional Information
We don’t smoke and have never had pets in it.
The trailer was purchased NEW in Colorado and professionally towed down to Los Fresnos, TX, where it has been stored every year. We used the trailer 2-6 months per year only on South Padre Island, between Nov-April.
It has 2 powered Awnings. Because of our Campsite configuration, one of the awnings has never been used, and the other one has been used only briefly a couple of times.
We added a Washer and Dryer (The washer was working fine, but currently is in a state with a door-latch fault. Someone needs to call Splendide Tech support to see how to get out of this state, or it may need repair) The dryer works great.
The Leather couches had very thin bonded leather, and the top layer has peeled off in many places, so we installed slipcovers.
The powered Tongue Jack was under a factory recall, after a second powered Jack broke, we replaced it with a Manual Jack for reliability.
Added an extra Marine/RV deep charge battery
On March 23, 2022, we replaced the main air conditioner with a newly upgraded 15 KBTU unit. It has a 2-year warranty.
A weight-distribution hitch and a 50A power monitor come with the unit
