2019 Forest River 5th wheel for sale. Bought in Alaska and brought it down to our property in Livingston, Texas been under a 46-foot RV port the whole time.

Has washer and dryer and queen sleep by number bed. Has slides, a great floor plan 1 & 1/2 bath, double sinks in the bedroom bath, and a huge closet. Fireplace and 3 TVs one outside.

Also has an outside kitchen with a fridge. The inside kitchen fridge is a residential stainless full size. Super nice. 50 amp dual AC units. Lots of storage cabinets and huge underbelly storage.

The underbelly is heated. Has a ceiling fan in the living room. I have it parked on two lots with a full hookup if you’re interested in the land as well. 46′ RV port and nice outside storage shed with 200 amps running to property. Put sewage and electric in on both sides of the property and added a 30 amp on it as well for our smaller rig. Have aluminum add-on stairs and porch. Also had fiberoptic to the property for extremely fast internet. Could live full-time easily with this setup.

Everything looks new and practically is. We have property in Florida so are willing to let both the property and the RV go for $120,000 its a great deal if interested. I put a lot of blood -sweat -and tears into this lol originally bought it in the rough and was going to use it as an RV pad a place to park our rig while traveling around. I have a nice new soft tub I will throw in if you buy both. It is also new and worth $800 with all the goodies.
