His Promises Peaceful Habitation Ranch Is Looking For An Active Retired

Married Couple In Florida

We are looking for an active retired married couple - spirit-filled! To live on the ranch. The RV lot has 50amp hookup with high speed internet, laundry available, septic, fresh organic eggs and produce as available from the large garden. The ranch is located 30 minutes East of Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida - far enough away to enjoy the peace and quite of the country yet near enough if you’d like to go Ito town to shop or go to dinner. In return for your RV lot and adjacent yard, 15 hours of work per week per person living on the land is required. The maximum hours per day is 3 - so that the work is spread over the week. The type of tasks to be done include lawn mowing on a cool zero turn mower, feeding the livestock including cows and goats, cleaning the chicken coop, managing the garden - planting and tending to the vegetables, pruning and fertilizing fruits trees, taking out the trash to the road, small maintenance projects, etc. Electric is available for $70-100 per month depending on how much you utilize your air conditioning. We will consider one small (15 lbs or less) well behaved dog to join you. Background check is required. You would need to be on the land - as caretakers - and the expectation is that you would be a consistent presence and not park your rig here and leave for a few weeks and come back. The people who are happiest here have been collecting a pension, or social security, or work remotely and just love the rural life and go into town every few days or once a week. His Promises Peaceful Habitation Ranch Is Looking For An

Active Retired Married Couple In Florida

It also would not work if you have full time job in town and then try to fullfill the work requirement in one day. Just sayin’….so that you know ahead of time what is expected. The people who are happiest here have been collecting a pension, or social security, or work remotely and just love the rural life and go into town every few days or once a week. This opportunity is not suitable for children who would be living with you. Visits from grandchildren are of course welcome. The minimum stay is 1 year.
