Sebasticook Lake Campground Is Looking For A Couple Of Work Campers In
Maine $$
Newport, The Crossroads of Maine. Come spend your summer
on the lake with the beautiful sunrises & sunsets. We will
continue to follow all COVID 19 guidelines and rules to ensure
that all of our guest and workers stay safe. We are a small
campground looking for a couple of work campers to add to our
team. We will be open for the 2121 season from May 14th to Oct
10th but dates are flexible.
You will receive FHU site with advanced WIFI, free use of rental
boats, free firewood, discount propane and discount on store
merchandise plus pay for any extra hours if you are available.
Job duties to include helping in the store with reservations and retail. Helping with cleaning of
cabins/campsites and general campground upkeep.
You will have rotating days off so that you can explore our beautiful state. We are a very family
oriented campground so fine if you have children and very dog friendly as well.

We have a private beach on Maine's coast, on Penobscot
Bay.
Should you want to get away from the resort for a while, you
may want to visit the Penobscot Marine Museum and the Owls
Head Transportation Museum. You may also enjoy the ferry
ride, visiting the lighthouses, antique shopping, sea kayaking,
golfing, hiking, fishing, or taking in local festivals. While work
camping here, you'll probably want to make the hour-long trip up to Bar Harbor and Acadia
National Park. And, of course, there is dining on Maine lobster and seafood.

We provide you a site for the season, in exchange for about twenty hours of your time, per
person, to perform various tasks that help keep Moorings the great place that it is.

working in our gardens.

Bass Harbor Campground Has 2021 Workcamping Opportunity In Acadia
National Park In Maine $$
Acadia National Park has nice cool summers and close to the
ocean. Looking for couples or singles, both will work outside,
must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Job duties include: bathhouse cleaning, yard maintenance,
handyman talents, capital improvements.
Trade skills preferred. 28 hours of work (per site) is traded for a
30 amp full hookup site, electricity, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, heated
pool all included, pets ok. Additional hours will be paid. Work
seasons are May 1 st to August 31, and July 6 to Oct 30.

Pinegrove Campground And Cottages Is Looking For Positive Happy Hosts In
Maine
Daily work 2 to 3 hours per day
Camp worker duties:
•
Help with Laundry, cleaning cottages and rental rvs
•
Clean restrooms and check to make sure paper towels and
toilet paper are full. Wipe sinks and empty trash. Vacuum.
This should be done twice per day when the campground is
busy. Check frequently when you are in the area. If the
bathroom is flooded, mats should be taken out and hung on
the rail to dry. The water should be mopped up immediately.
•
Check tv lounge, laundry room and kids room. Pick up if messy and vacuum. Check coffee
supplies. Empty trash. Everyday
•
Help with maintenance and lawn care as needed
•
Assists with traffic flow on Weekends when guests arrive or depart
•
Help with pot lucks
•
Answer phones and check in guests occasionally

We are located in the heart of Moose Country just minutes
from Baxter State Park and the Katahdin Woods & Waters
National Monument.
We offer a spot with water & electric in exchange for 24/26
hours per week. You will also have fun doing Moose and ATV
Excursions during your stay. Plenty of time of to go exploring

Lake Pemaquid Campground Has Several Positions For The Summer Season

We are a family oriented and pet friendly campground on the mid
coast of Maine. We are open from Memorial Day weekend-September
30.Work campers can move on their site May 17th.Work campers
receive a paycheck and a reduced rate on the site depending on
hours worked.
40 hrs/wk minimum wage($11/hr)and $1200 for site(individual or a
couples combined hours).
20 hrs/wk minimum wage($11/hr) and $1800 for site.
We are looking to fill the following positions: store, snack bar, gatehouse (registering campers),
reservations, night security and cleaning (rentals and bathrooms).

Serve as liaison between park users & park owners.
1.
May work in store/office, make reservations, greet and assist campground guests and
visitors, be able to answer questions and explain regulations which apply to them.
2.
May be assigned to clean campsites by performing minor maintenance tasks such as
raking the campsite pad, washing tables, cleaning out fire rings, picking up litter, reporting
any damage to campground owner/manager.
3.
Other tasks that might be asked of a Workamper include:
• Lawn mowing, raking, trimming or weeding
• Cleaning restrooms, rec hall and/or pavilion
• Staining/painting picnic tables, fences, other structures in park
• Assisting campers in finding assigned site
• Shuttling canoers and kayakers as well as hikers to and from Appalachian Trail
Working Conditions:
Work is often performed outside in various kinds of weather conditions. Walking is required.
Knowledge of four wheeler operation is helpful.

Mt. Desert Campground, Mt. Desert, ME
We are looking for cheerful, energetic retired couples (with RV's up to 30') willing to perform light
maintenance and cleaning. We offer each couple a campsite PLUS hourly wages.
Although our campground is designed for tenters and RV's under 20', we are able to
accommodate RV's over 20' for those who work here. Electricity, water, and a honey wagon will
be provided.
Although our season runs from mid-June through September, we need help with some of the
spring cleanup. Arriving in late May and departing in late September would be ideal. Visit the
