Located near Washington, DC, we are open year round but the summer is the busiest. That is when we need help with activities, pool, events, etc. We have a lot of fun here. Spring and fall is time for improvements. Winter is leaves and trees. (sometimes snow) Most of our utilities are in good shape but need electrical and/or plumbing work occasionally. We have a store/snack bar that needs to be managed. We have a office manager currently but need help there also. Bookkeeping/accounting/payroll experience would be a plus. We use Quickbooks.
