Branson View Campground Is Looking For A Work Camping Couple In

 The Branson View Campground is located in Branson, Missouri. We are a 40 site full hook-up campground. We are currently in need of a working couple. Duties for the lady include- front desk, cleaning the bathrooms, keeping the office tidy, and taking reservations. Duties for the men include- mowing and weed eating, maintenance work on the park, water sampling, pool maintenance, and minor mechanical work. The working couple will work a combined 32 hours. Each person must work 2 8 hour shifts. In return, the couple will be given a site to live in including cable t.v., wi-fi, free electrical, water, and free laundry. Duties will be dependent upon skill set of each individual. Below are listed some of the duties that could be assigned to you if they match your skills. Campground Host must possess good communications skills, demonstrate courteousness, and display a helpful attitude to all visitors, even under stressful situations. The Campground Host will work under the direction of a Campground (Unit) Manager or higher, depending on the local staffing structure. The Campground Host will be required to perform certain administrative tasks, and also maintain facilities and grounds. These assignments include: cleaning, sanitizing and stocking of restrooms, emptying trash containers and replacing the liners, cleaning roadways and trails, cleaning campsites, picnic tables, fire rings, grills, and disposing of ashes. Typical duties also include raking and grooming of sites and public areas, maintaining a litter-free facility, picking up cigarette butts, maintaining outlying areas such as trails, outposts, and rental cabins. Mowing or weed eating. The Host must maintain a good working relationship with fellow employees, governmental agency representatives, and the visiting public. The Host will register campers, collect fees, and sell certain retail items such as firewood, ice, and concession goods. Hosts must process revenues and fee collection data using approved forms and procedures. A Host must be familiar with local points of interest, nearby facilities, and local rules and regulations. Monitor the campground for loud or inappropriate behavior. (Weekend Security) Campground Hosts report problems and any unsafe or hazardous conditions as they are discovered, and will also enforce rules according to TRL customer service standards. We are a small resort on beautiful Table Rock Lake in Missouri, Branson tourist area.  We are looking for an active couple to help manage and maintain the resort from approximately April through October. Park Naturalist - The primary purpose of this seasonal position is to conduct varied outdoor interpretive/education programs and guided hikes or walks. We are a small resort on beautiful Table Rock Lake in Missouri, Branson tourist area.  We are looking for an active couple to help manage and maintain the resort from approximately April through October. Must be able to professionally answer phones and have basic office skills, including computer skills, making reservations, taking payments, sending confirmations and general customer service.  Outside duties require physically fit folks who are capable of mowing, weed eating, assisting with boat rentals, boat dock upkeep and cleaning cabooses (units).  Work about 30 hours per week (together) and receive FHU (electric, water, sewer and wifi).  Work not hard just steady, most days 3/4 hours or less.  Hours worked over this would be paid $10/hour each.
