May 30, 2019 Dear Explorer: If you need a dependable break from your day to day crap this’ll be the most important letter you ever read…… here’s why: I gotta minty 1987 Prowler Lynx Series M31Z- XL (towed RV). Don’t look it up. I’ll give you the specs in a sec. How is this good for you? The flexibility of this thing is crazy. Here’s some of the perks I’ve noticed: You can rent it out for serious cash when you’re not using it: “The average RV owner earns more than $10,000 per year in extra income renting their RV” -source, https://rvshare.com Can be used as mobile storage (1488 square feet holds TONS) Having minimal weight(and using a standard hitch), it’s likely you’ll be able to tow it with whatever truck you’ve got *Check the specs further down* Keeps value for the long run… no “odometer” to consider in worth No gas needed - Mile for mile, a truck towin’ it will save you way more money over a 5th wheel or motorized rig If you need to go pick up people or things, it’s an easy unhitch… unlike the pain in the ass that is the full motor home detach The rare “tune up” is nothing in time or money compared to all other engine havin’ machines You get all the modern perks that are in your truck that doesn’t happen in motorized homes… forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot warning, robust crash protection, etc. You get to keep all that handy truck bed storage… other designs take even this up in addition to less efficient space usage The compact design lets you put it in most storage units for those crazy weather times we get in Maine It’s pretty easy to maneuver - kinda like a souped-up U-Haul trailer No complex parts means you can use it as little as want and not pay costs other vehicles pay for it Here’s what I’m going to do for you: Give you $580 dollars off the average retail price! (see NADA screenshot attached for average selling point) Throw in a super comfortable FREE Lucid mattress ($339.99 dollar value!) with a brand new cover sheet that fits perfectly into the main bed frame Let you try it out with your truck - No obligation “tow time” to see if it’s a fit for you Fully winterize it for you, with included winterizing kit I bought so you’re good to go for next Maine winter Send you a “best of” internet help videos and checklists I’ve gathered over the months (this will seriously save you a bunch of time if you’re not sure about something) Allow personal phone support from me until I’m outta state (more on that later) Here’s the specs of what you’re getting: Model: M-31Z-XL (fully self-contained travel trailer) Length: 31’ Height: 8’ Width: 6’ Axels: 2 Weight: 4420 lbs It’s got a kitchen with all the fixin’s, a TV with a roof-mounted cable antenna, bathroom/shower/sink, a mini-fridge, heating, A/C, beds for 8 to sleep comfortably, and dozens of storage spots plus outlets. Why are you getting this deal? I’ll be honest with you… I don’t want to sell this. I’ve loved having it. But I’m moving to a place where I don’t have a spot for it. I need to get rid of it. So I’m hooking up the first person who wants it. You who are reading this. You lucky duck. Come check it out if you’ll promise to take good care of her... before it's too late. To see the RV, or ask questions, contact Alex at alxdott@yahoo.com. Sincerely, -Alex Dott P.S. If you wanna trade a regular vehicle for it, I would consider it
