Missing Awning bracket and awning; however, wires into the camper still intact for installation of a new bracket. 2. Back storage compartment under dual bed lock has seized up and lock unable to unlock it. Can be fixed just haven’t had time. Needs new battery, but if purchased I will purchase the battery. Once you look at camper in person and interested can bring from storage to a location of your choosing within a reasonable drive from Fredericksburg to hook up to power and show everything works prior to completion of purchase.
