Tires great condition, windows good, no leaks, has window to put in a air conditioner, nice awning to relax under, runs on propane or just plug in with a cord, plenty of storage space, sleeps up to 6, couch good shape, cushions around kitchen table great condition, small tub and shower, very clean and comfortable inside, roomy, needs a furnace though (I used spaced heaters ), new water heater, pulls great, very beautiful.
