Antelope Island State Park, in northern Utah, is looking for up to three (3) camp hosts or individuals for our brand new camp loop. The loop has 40 sites, 5 of which are reservable tiny houses.
Incumbents in this volunteer position perform 20 hours per week for occupancy of a full hookup campsite. Duties include customer service, camper check in and assistance, on-site presence, cleaning of designated sites and restrooms, other custodial duties, litter and safety patrol of public areas. Additional duties may include assistance in the visitor center, Historic Fielding Garr Ranch, assisting the Park Naturalist with programming and other opportunities.
Must be available minimally Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and after hours as needed.
Antelope Island is home to free-ranging bison, mule deer, pronghorn, and bighorn sheep, as well as hundreds of bird species, incredible views of world famous Great Salt Lake, beautiful sunsets and dark night skies.
