Bells Marina And Resort Is Looking For Working Camp Hosts With Management Experience On Lake Marion, South Carolina $$

It is an RV park & marina with a hotel. This epic waterfront nature and fishing resort includes 38 RV sites, a 12-unit hotel & 20 boat slips. We’re looking for a seasoned management couple for the long haul.
Needed by Winter 2024 or (ASAP depending on your availability.) We need help with grounds maintenance and building/ renovating including docks, electrical, and plumbing. We need help managing the long-term tenants and hotel guest bookings. Most of our sites are long term RVers so the hotel/RV managing job is part time and the grounds manager is 25 to 40 hours a week.

We offer a FHU 50A + salary (around 35k a year + site per couple) As a couple you should have handyman skills, office and computer skills, and of course, people skills! Social media/Marketing is a big plus.
The property is all-inclusive. We offer WiFi, a bathhouse, laundry, a game area, a dog park (soon), and community gardening. There is a restaurant and store onsite! This is just 1 hour from the beaches and Charleston.
