What we’re looking for
We’re building and improving a small lakefront resort and looking for a reliable couple who wants a scenic home base and steady, flexible work.

Ideal setup (preferred)

Person #1: Maintenance / grounds / handyman-type work
Person #2: Strong computer/admin skills — back office support (QuickBooks and social media skills are a big plus)
Couples who can both help in multiple areas are welcome.
Typical work (varies by season)

Maintenance & Grounds: general repairs, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, concrete/handyman tasks, landscaping
Resort Operations Support (as needed): full back-office help (admin support, email, basic bookkeeping support, organization) and front desk support, plus housekeeping assistance when needed

Compensation

20 hrs/week per RV site in exchange for site + electric
Additional paid hours: $10–$14/hr depending on skills, tools, and responsibilities
Total hours: typically 20–40 hrs/week depending on the season and resort needs
Reasonable expectations, low-stress environment, flexible scheduling when possible
You should have Vehicle, basic hand tools, and a positive, reliable, self-sufficient work style.
