We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of Black Rock RV Village. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, outdoor recreation, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of park operations, including reservations, check-ins, site maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Guest Services: Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise park staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Maintenance & Safety: Ensure all park facilities, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with local regulations.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with guests, local businesses, and the community to promote the park and enhance its reputation.
