We have 3 pull thru sites and charge $600/mo includes Elec 30 and 50 amp pull through sites. There are plenty of jobs to do on the ranch. We are currently finishing building a road on 20 acres we purchased adjacent to the 333 acre ranch and need help mowing and clearing brush along the roadway. Also have a deck on the bath house that needs to be replaced. The floating dock at the swimming hole needs new barrels and decking.
We will pay if RVer would like to work part time at their own pace or they can rent the site and not work at all.
Currently have a handyman working on Tiny house and renting him RV site but he may be leaving. We pay $20/hour to $25/hour depending on skills. Minimum 6 month RV site lease with part time work.
We have Great Pyrnees that guard the goats and chickens so your dog will have to be on leash.
