Butterfield RV Resort and Observatory Is Looking For A Couple For Full Time Position As Assistant Managers In Arizona $$

Butterfield RV Resort & Observatory in Benson Arizona is currently looking for one couple with a strong work ethic to train in the capacity as Assistant Managers. This is not a seasonal position. After a trial period of three months, you will have the option of making this a full-time position. Prior experience in campground management is a plus. You will be taught the basics so that the general managers can have their days off.

For Her: Office requires 1-2 hours of work and be on-call until the office closes. Minimum 1-year experience with Campground Master or similar preferred. We will train if needed. Familiar with campground/ Resort office procedures. Ability to multitask. Strong guest relations skills. Must be able to help train seasonal staffing. Must be well versed with Microsoft Excel. Willingness to learn new skills.

For Him: Outside duties require 3-4 hours of work and to be on-call until the office closes. Competent in electric and plumbing repair. Mechanically inclined. Strong guest relations skills. Physically fit. Ability to lift at least 40lbs. An eye for detail. Willingness to learn new skills. Ability to learn to care for commercial pool and spa. You would work 4 days on and 4 days off, rotating with the General Managers.

Compensation: We supply a full hook-up site with 20, 30, and 50-amp service. Our sites are all gravel and average 30 x 50. We provide free: electric, propane, laundry, cable TV, and WI FI, plus $ monthly. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing couple that will want to do a wonderful job.
