Duties include but are not limited to: Lawn and Grounds Care, Equipment Maintenance, Minor Repairs, Light Housekeeping, and Good Communication Skills.
STANDARD HOURS: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 10:00 am
Compensation Bundle includes: Site Rental, On site Storage Building, Electric, Septic, Artesian Water / Trash Disposal, Vehicle Storage, Laundry (allotment), Wi-Fi and Membership to the Caribbean Room Club House. Plus, weekly BONUS of $100.00 plus.
