We are located 20 minutes from NC/SC beaches and are looking for an easy-going couple for maintenance/host and minimal front office.

Maintenance position requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, light construction, and landscaping. Duties to include but not limited to use of tractor, blower, pumps, weed eater, other small tools, pool maintenance, customer service, assistance with special events, campsite and building maintenance, cleaning of bath house and pool.

Couple should be pleasant and easy going, respectful and helpful to guests and reliable. Friendliness and professionalism are of utmost importance. The 48-site boutique park is located at CarrollWoods RV Park at Grapefull Sisters Vineyard and is a peaceful and quiet retreat from the NC/SC beach area while only 20 to 30 minutes from its attractions.
