Castle Dome Mines and MuseumYou will have a site with full hookup which includes electric, water and sewer. We are off grid and rely on solar and wind . If you are familiar with solar you are aware what of what that means. If you are not familiar it means that cloudy days and night usage is kept to a minimum. We are looking for people friendly volunteers to work as a team. Three days a week are required per person. Positions are greeting visitors and collecting the entrance fee, tour guides (multiple tours): dependent on number of volunteers, and food trailer

We are in the middle of the KOFA Wildlife Preserve, 10 miles off state road 95, three miles of paved road and 7 miles of gravel road. We are. 30 miles from the Foothills where you can get anything you might need and another 19 miles from the city of Yuma. You will be blessed with peace and quiet, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and awesome star gazing.

Please do not use us as a backup while looking for elsewhere, serious people only. We are a 501c3 nonprofit run by what comes in the door and volunteers. We receive no state or government grants so we can keep our ghost town looking as though people just up and left when silver ran out.

This is a perfect place for anybody interested in sharing history and geology with others. Any questions you can email us at or . We will be more than happy to answer any questions . If interested, you will be sent an application by email. We look forward to hearing from you.
