Cedar Ridge Campground Is Looking For Individuals Or Couples In Russellville, Alabama
We are purchasing this park in a few weeks and would like some individuals or couples that could possibly grow with our company with ability to move around our parks. Cedar Ridge Duties Manager would be issued a phone and computer. We would teach them Rent Manager and Trello and Whatsapp platforms. They would be paid for the training.
Daily Tasks- 2.5 hrs estimated
- Clean bathhouse
- Answer phones
- Checking email/phone messages and reach out and respond to all rental Inquiries
- Insuring all rents have been paid, if not at least knowing the status of each tenant who has not paid and issuing late notices and move out notices if required
- Checking email
Weekly Tasks 10hrs estimate 8hrs/14hrs if park is full
- Pump out the tenants black/grey water tanks from their respective RV
- Mow and weed eat the property landscape upkeep
- Grade/upkeep the roads
- Office records and shop upkeep
- Writing a complete park operations Standard Operating Procedure
- Communicating with asset manager about park issues and ideas to improve the park
Monthly tasks
- Recording electric meter readings and calculating billing amounts
- Ensuring accounts are all up to date
- Organizing company paid community meal/cook out event
