Looking for individuals and/or couple to serve as primary cleaner & host(s) at Cottonwood Creek Cabins a private 30acre vacation rental property located ten minutes south of Alpine, Texas – a gateway to Big Bend National Park, Big Bend State Park, and Terlingua, Texas. We have 6 unique rentals, on-site laundry facility, and 15 acres of trails for walking, meditation, wildlife photography, astrophotography and geode hunting. Great mountain climate at 5200ft and NO LIGHT POLLUTION = so bring your cameras and telescopes.
All cleaners / hosts must follow cleaning procedures, wash and fold laundry, conduct inventory, and provide excellent customer service to visitors; e.g. give information on property facilities, area resources, rules and attractions. Other duties include litter collection, light maintenance, yard work, and/or seasonal projects.
This is a work exchange volunteer position: 30hrs assigned duties in exchange for full RV hookup, Wifi, access to property amenities and training on business and area tourism as desired.
Hosts must be willing to serve a minimum of one months; ideally 3-6 months. Priority placement starting April 2022 on wards
