Come and enjoy the sunshine and palm trees on your rented RV lot at America Outdoors, Ft. Myers. The 24’ x 51’ decorative concrete pad will accommodate up to 35’ Class A or other RV and leaves room for relaxing outside.

America Outdoors (AO) is an active 55+ community located just off Highway 41 at the westerly end of Alico Rd. in Fort Myers. The amenities include a new pool, hot tub, clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, bocci ball, and planned fun in the clubhouse and exercise in the pools. There is also a boat ramp launching into the Ten Mile Canal with Gulf access.

The 6-month seasonal rental package is $8,350 with a $500 deposit plus electric and is payable upfront. Cable and wi-fi are at your discretion. Condo approval is required and can take up to 30 days, together with a photo of your RV. Contact me at (239) 290-3220.
