Our Cooks will prepare and serve a high-quality menu to our cider guests, and keep our kitchen & prep area clean and safe for use. Our Cooks will shine in a positive, fast-paced inclusive environment and excel at multitasking and take initiative in our open-air, public-facing cookshack setting. Other duties include; prepping ingredients, preparing and plating dishes and assembling orders, completing our culinary Opening and Closing checklists, counting inventory & alerting the General Manager when items are running low, keeping food storage areas clean and organized, and dishwashing. The Cookshack is open Saturday & Sunday in May/June and Wednesday-Sunday in July, August and September. Prior kitchen experience in a high-volume setting is an asset. Valid Foodsafe Certificate is required.
