The position will run from mid-Nov to as late as Dec 22nd. Applicants will need to be experienced in the management of retail sales. A STRONG work ethic and GREAT customer skills are an absolute must. Physical requirements include being able to lift a 70lb tree up from the ground. This is a 7 day a week job with 12-14 hour requirements.
Pay includes a base salary as well as bonus incentives determined by the manager’s performance. Applicants will need to pass a drug test and provide information for a background check. Applicants with POSITIVE attitudes only, please. Sales and operational training for first-time managers will be provided prior to the beginning of the season. The self-motivated and self-directed type do best in this position. This is a great opportunity to get some warm weather and make great money. Water, electric and pump out service provided.
