Pitmaster RV Park is looking for a dedicated RV Park Manager to oversee operations and maintain a welcoming environment in our beautiful Texas Hill Country location. Situated in Concan, Texas, our RV park offers stunning scenery, a close-knit community, and an authentic outdoor experience.
Note: Summers in Concan can be seasonally hot, so candidates should be comfortable working in warm temperatures and handling outdoor maintenance in the heat.
Position Details:
- Compensation: $1,840 bi-weekly
- Perks: Free RV space with utilities
- Bonus: End-of-season performance bonus
- Location: Concan, Texas – Texas Hill Country
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations, guest services, and park operations
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the park, including bathrooms, stationary RV, and Covered Wagon accommodations
- Oversee staff and handle administrative duties
- Organize events and foster a strong community atmosphere
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous RV park or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with hands-on maintenance and cleaning duties
- Ability to work in seasonally hot temperatures during the summer months
