Roberts Roost Resort is a family owned campground and we are looking for friendly and outgoing Campground Manager to join our team!

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Managerial Tasks:
- Managing summer students
- Organizing staff schedules & job rotations
- Ordering inventory for camp store
- Co-ordinating with cleaning staff
Campground Duties:
- Managing reservations via phone, email, and in-person
- Facilitating guest check-ins and drop-ins
- Balancing cash and credit card batches
- Ordering inventory for camp store
- Organizing boat rentals
- Ensuring guests adhere to resort policies
- Assisting guests to ensure they have a pleasant stay
- Cleaning washroom and shower buildings
- Tidying campsites after departures
- General building and property maintenance
- Landscape maintenance such as mowing, raking leaves, weeding, etc. as needed
Requirements:
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and have excellent customer service skills
- Must be comfortable using phone, email, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Independent, confident, with strong problem solving skills
- Goal oriented and motivated to accomplish goals as a team
- Be in good physical shape to complete yard & maintenance tasks
- Previous experience in a managerial role
Preference will be given to someone who has their own RV to live on site for the season from April 15th – October 15th. You will be given your own RV pad with full services to live in for free for the entirety of the season. Alternatively a large RV may be offered as onsite accommodation, terms of occupancy to be determined.
