Ranch in a private rural equine community
RV spot for trailer with electric and septic hookup in place, a car parking space in front. Located in a private area with a little yard to make a small garden area with a private entrance next to the owner’s house at the horse ranch. We are tucked into a private safe neighborhood. Rental is short or long-term paid weekly.
We are located in Southwest Ranches, Florida west of Fort Lauderdale.
The weekly rate inclusive is $325. Also available space to park with no hookups for $275 per week. Any pets must be pre-approved.

Must be ok with animals and animal sounds.
Will include Electric unless the use is excessive, then would need to be assessed. Wi-Fi is available. Horse stalls are available for an additional fee. Wellness sessions are also offered at the ranch. The tenant must have a clean record and pay rent in time. Please email any questions if you are seriously considering.
