Spring Branch, Texas RV Site on Private Property for Rent

Rent is $450/mo ABP. I’m looking for someone who wants to stick around for 3 months or longer.

I have one RV space on my quiet property in the country. 30 amp electric, sewer dump connection, and water. Pets negotiable.

When looking at the photos, the RV would be parked in front of the house where you see the white hose, in a perpendicular fashion. You would have access to the backyard at any time, and you could use my washer/dryer.

There is also some room in my shed if you needed it for storage. ABP (electric, water, trash pickup, WiFi). HEB, Wal-Mart, banks, and restaurants about 15 minutes away. 3 good places to eat within 7 minutes, as well as convenience stores and Dollar General.
