Strawhouse Resorts Is Looking For Work Camper(s) For Café Position Starting March 2025 in Northern California $$

We are looking for energetic couples or a single person to work in our café/restaurant in Northern California on the beautiful wild and scenic Trinity River starting March 2025 and early May 2025.
Strawhouse Resorts and Café has been open since May 2001 and has a very loyal following. We are looking for just the right people that can catch and continue the vision of offering a beautiful place to come to for anything from an awesome cup of coffee to a relaxing vacation. If you like diversity of duties, this just might be the place for you!
Strawhouse Resorts is located in the Trinity Alps Wilderness Area, alongside the stunning Trinity River.  If you love the great outdoors, this is the place for you!  We are surrounded by gorgeous hiking areas, white-water rafting, nearby lakes, the Redwoods, and National Parks. We get all four seasons here and have an endless diversity of wonderful and unique things to experience.
We strive to give our guests a top-quality experience, friendly staff, awesome organic coffee (that we roast here on-site), mostly organic made-in-house foods, and so much more. Our café patio overlooks the gorgeous Trinity River – how’s that view with your cup of coffee! We are also a huge supporter of the local arts & our volunteer fire departments.
Job Description: Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, be dependable, trustworthy, and work well with others, as well as independently. Must be flexible and adaptable to change and love attention to detail.

The job entails a variety of duties that include, but are not limited to: barista, food prep, kitchen and café clean-up, customer service, stocking, and possibly housekeeping. No experience necessary. If you have a great work ethic, we are willing to train you. Barista, food experience and pizza making experience is a plus!

Paid position starts at $16.50/hour + tips

Must have Food Handler’s Certificate prior to start date.
RV space includes trash, recycling, laundry, Wi-Fi, water, and sewage. You are responsible for propane and $100/month for utilities.
Staff perks are gone over during the hiring process.
