Job Description: Camp worker Couple

Are you and your partner an outdoor enthusiast who loves working with people? Our RV park is looking for a friendly and reliable Camp worker couple to join our team!

As a Camp worker you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver an amazing guest experience at every interaction. If you love camping, meeting new people, and working in a beautiful outdoor setting close to the Music City USA, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services, in person and over the telephone.
• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
• Follow procedures regarding registrations, reservations, store sales, and refunds.
• Enforce park rules and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment
• Maintain campground cleanliness and perform light maintenance.
• Promote local attractions, store sales and special offers.
• Always maintain a neat and well groomed appearance, wearing appropriate team attire.

Experience & Requirements

• A passion for customer service and the outdoors.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of point of sale systems and cash register operations.
• Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays..
• Willingness to learn on the job skills and company procedures.
• Retail and sales experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects without assistance.
• Must be computer savvy, and be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.

Compensation

• Work in exchange for a campsite – A set number of hours per week covers your campsite (amenities included; water, power, sewer, pool, fitness center, WiFi).
