Fenced private home on 1.5 acres. Parking is on milling driveway with easy pull-in alongside a canal. We will accept only 30 Amp hookup at this time. No animals, 1 person or couple. Wifi. water, electric and portable waste container will be the responsibility of the renter. 4mos minimum stay. The rent is $800. SPACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM JUNE THRU SEPTEMBER MONTHS.
