We had the extended warranty and only had a couple issues, bad bearing (the Bearings were recently repacked) and replaced the Microwave last year. Some of the upgrades are Max Air covers, Door replaced window with adjustable shade, under Bed storage compartment, door access by Bed to water system, closets by bed adjustment for depth to hang cloths, Bathroom sink faucet, Wood cover for stovetop, Chair covers (which are folded up in photo) Comforter and the curtain separator in photo were never used.
