Location: Near Richmond, Virginia. This would be a great opportunity if you have family in the area or just want to explore central Virginia.
Available: Starting now and ongoing until late spring.
Duties: Mom and Dad were avid RVers chasing bluegrass festivals around the region. Now our mom is in need of support around the house including meal prep, running errands, organizing and light housekeeping and maintenance.
Hours: RV/TT/Van site in exchange for 15 hours a week for a single female (preferred) or 20 hrs for a couple.
Site: 30 amp electric service, water, WiFi (with booster) and laundry. Gray water trickle OK. Free dump station 15 minutes away. This property is 3/4 of an acre in a subdivision at the end of a cul-de-sac with a paved driveway.
Requirements: flu shot and COVID vaccination. No insurance restricted dog breeds (you can google search).

Fredericksburg VA Washington DC South KOA Is Now Hiring Work Campers For 2024 Season In Virginia $$

Your days off visit D.C. and all that historic Fredericksburg has to offer. Now hiring for the 2024 Season. April 1- October 1, 2024.
Groundskeeping: Monday- Thursday- Duties include: Pumping Propane. Pool maintenance. Delivering firewood, mowing, weed wiping, edging, weeding. Campsite cleanup and prep. cleaning fire pits. You are required to bend, lift, push, stoop. Position requires 6-8 hours a day outside physical work.

Housekeeping: Help keep our 15 cabins and bathhouse sparkle for our guests. Physical work, must be able to lift, climb step stool, move beds, bend, reach. Cleaning of bathhouse, stall style, 4 lodges, 9 rustic cabins. NO linens here!
Hours peak season up to 15-25 hours per week per person. Winter season up to 10-15 hours per week per person. Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays. We take pride in serving our guests and are looking for dedicated people to join our team.
You will be provided with a 30- or 50-Amp full hookup site. $175 monthly for couples $ 300 per month for singles. Free utilities and laundry, discount on propane, and store items. Each part time hour worked is paid at 13.00 per hour. We offer a WW2 (no exchange for site no 1099.) Couples share the same day off.
