We are a top 100 rated Good Sam park in Terrell, TX park contains many amenities such as a pool, hot tub, fitness center, catch and release pond, WiFi, cable directed Satellite TV, site side trash service, propane service, on site store and laundry.
We are looking for a person to do weed eating, mowing, etc. in the larger non residential areas of our park. (mostly office, fields and aerobic system areas) Must be healthy and able to manage weed eating for a few hours at a time. Must be able to pass a background check. This position is salaried and consistent even when weather does not cooperate you still get paid. Includes site fees, electric and partial propane during the busiest 6 months. Salary only during the slow season.

Caribbean Cowboy RV Park Is Currently Interviewing For Work Camper- Groundskeeper Positions For The Summer-Fall 2024 Season In Texas

Couples preferred, bi-lingual a plus
Requirements: Valid driver license, able to climb 6 ft. ladder, push lawn mower, lift 20 pounds and have good safety practices.
Duties include but are not limited to: Lawn and Grounds Care, Equipment Maintenance, Minor Infrastructure Repairs, Light Housekeeping, and Communicating with the Public and Management.
STANDARD HOURS: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 10:00 am
Compensation: Monthly Compensation Bundle includes: Site Rental, On site Storage Building, Electric, Septic, Artesian Water / Trash Disposal, Vehicle Storage, Laundry (allotment), Wi-Fi and Membership to the Caribbean Room Club House.
