Cedar & Spruce Campgrounds is looking for a friendly, outgoing volunteer to join our team at Boulton Creek Campground.

Our Camp Hosts serve as campground ambassadors—providing excellent customer service while helping create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all campers.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility is to spend time throughout the campground, interacting with guests and being a friendly, visible presence. Each day you’ll:

• Drive through the campground several times each day to greet campers and check that everyone is enjoying their stay.
• Answer questions about the campground, trails, wildlife, facilities, and the surrounding Kananaskis area.
• Welcome new arrivals and assist guests who haven’t yet checked in at the campground store.
• Help campers understand and follow campground rules, such as quiet hours, campsite occupancy limits, parking regulations, pet requirements, and fire safety.
• Observe and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or incidents to campground staff.
• Provide an extra set of eyes and ears for our operations team while offering outstanding customer service.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Enjoys talking with people and providing excellent customer service.
• Is friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with campers.
• Can communicate campground rules politely and professionally.
• Is dependable, responsible, and enjoys working outdoors.
• Has a valid driver’s license (preferred) and is comfortable driving throughout the campground.
