Our members show pride of ownership at Quail Valley. You’ll see it in their individual landscaping and the landscaping throughout the park. Quail Valley Association Inc. is self-managed. This means that there are no management company fees being paid by our members, which makes our expenses and the cost to the members some of the lowest in the desert. This is because this is a volunteer park and the members and renter keep the park in an impeccably maintained condition.

Quail Valley may have the best pools in the area. A large, 30 X 60 foot swimming pool is our crown jewel. Kept at a perfect 90 F degrees, it uses the hot mineral water Desert Hot Springs is noted for. There are two mineral water spas. They are located out of the sun by a roof to protect bathers.
