Flint, Texas RV Lots For Sale – I have two RV or tiny home lots for sale near Lake Palestine in Flint, TX just off of Hwy. 155 and FM 2661. Dirt road access off of the main road. One lot is 35’ x 65’ and the other is 40’ x 70’. The surrounding area is mostly vacant, undeveloped land so it is a quiet and peaceful place. Water and electricity are readily available near the lots. Lake Palestine is only minutes away and it’s only a 15-minute drive to Tyler or other surrounding towns. The property owner’s association fee is $41.67 per month but includes trash pickup so it’s not a bad deal. All taxes and fees are current.
