One lot is 35’ x 65’ and the other is 40’ x 70’. The surrounding area is mostly vacant, undeveloped land so it is a quiet and peaceful place. Water and electricity are readily available near the lots. Lake Palestine is only minutes away and it’s only a 15-minute drive to Tyler or other surrounding towns. The property owner’s association fee is $41.67 per month but includes trash pickup so it’s not a bad deal. All taxes and fees are current.
