Available April 1 to Sept 30 only. booking now in advance for 2021. A cement pad rental for an RV / camper on State Route 38 ( Locke Road ), a quiet rural area in the town of Groton, New York. 30 min from Ithaca. 15 min from Cortland.

1 hour and under in all directions are lots of lakes, state parks, waterfalls, Cornell University, Watkins Glen raceway then the city of Syracuse is only 45 minutes away.

No mini houses or permanent structures allowed. This pad has water/sewage/electricity and WiFi access. Huge front and back yard, open sky unblocked by trees makes for a beautiful stars caped sky.

Parking in driveway, walk to the camper (30 feet from driveway ). No driving on grass except to put camper or RV on the pad.
