There is currently no pad just some open spaces and raw land. (Lots of wild critters, deer, fox, peacocks, and at least one armadillo, roadrunners, etc)
There is electricity nearby and water available. I have a well on the property.

Your unit must be in movable/mobile condition and I will let you dump the tank once a month in my septic from another access point on the property.

Private Access from an un-constructed but level street.
(Owners quarters are on the property but with separate access)
