The lot is approximately 5500 square feet and faces east so no afternoon sun exposure. The site offers 30 and 50-amp hookups plus additional outlets, water, and sewer/septic. The lot is two-tiered, on the upper tier is the RV parking with hookups and, the lower tier on the cove is the lawn with a sitting/sunning area and limestone fire pit. There is also a two-tiered wooden deck under shade trees, perfect to enjoy the view, have a cold beverage and get out of the sun. A wrought iron patio table and three chairs on the deck are provided. By day, the lot allows access to the lake/lakebed and the panoramic views and, by night, enjoy the peace, quiet, and the stars bright in the sky.
