Located in the middle of it all, yet secluded and uncrowded, we are just minutes away from Palacios, Port Lavaca, and some of the best fishing on the Central Texas Coast. Our guests love it here! We cater to long-term tenants, you will love to call this place home as well. Full RV hook-ups, wifi, and laundry room on site. Fish anytime right on the river and there is a boat ramp on the property. Our park is not cramped, you’ll have plenty of room between units when you come to stay with us. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you found the right place! Park your boats or extra vehicles for free. Tiny homes are welcome. Plant workers, we want to be your home away from home!
