Property for sale – Bass Lake Christian Cooperative Community in Texas

We are a cooperative community of Christian RV folks who share a community located just 20 miles to the west of Tyler, TX, and 2 miles off of Interstate 20.

The community is made up of some 65 homes with RV pads and small homes for the 55+ couple. We have private streets, water, electricity, sewer, trash collection, and a community center, all for the low annual fee of $800 per year. Each resident pays their own electric and propane bills.

There are presently 5 homes available for purchase and they range from a park model with extra room to fully enclosed homes with RV ports and prices range from $100,000 to $145,000.

The community is managed by a board of directors elected from the membership. Security is provided by Smith County Sheriff and major medical facilities are available in Tyler, location of 3 teaching hospitals. We have access rights to a private fishing lake and golf is just 1/2 mile away.
